Let’s Talk About Money
Transparency is part of how I work and how I build trust.
I believe that conversations about money should be honest, clear, and rooted in mutual respect. I’m sharing my rates so we can focus our energy on your goals, your people, and the work ahead.
Hourly Rate Overview
I offer my services on a sliding scale because transparency and equity should be part of how we do business — not just how we talk about the work.
These rates reflect real differences in access to resources. Equity isn’t just in what we build — it’s in how we build it. Thank you for choosing the tier that aligns with your organization’s reality and values.
All rates listed are per hour, per facilitator. They do not include travel, lodging, and per diem expenses. While I typically work alone, I will bring a co-facilitator, instructional designer, or subject-matter expert onto a project when appropriate.
-
$150/hour
For organizations with budgets up to $500,000, and where the highest-paid staff member makes less than $60,000/year (FTE), or there are no paid staff.
I prioritize this rate for grassroots, BIPOC-led, or mutual aid groups with limited funding. If paying full price would prevent you from accessing this support, this tier is for you.
-
$250/hour
For organizations with budgets between $500,000 and $1.2 million where the highest-paid staff makes $60,000–$90,000/year (FTE).
This tier sustains my practice and makes the work viable.
-
$350/hour
For organizations with budgets between $1.2 and $5 million, and where the highest paid staff makes $90,000–$150,000/year (FTE).
This reflects the actual cost of delivering high-quality, equity-centered work.
-
$450/hour
For organizations with budgets over $5 million and executive salaries over $150,000/year (FTE).
This tier is for well-resourced institutions, foundations, or partners committed to equity. Paying this tier helps subsidize work with under-resourced groups and contributes to a more just sector.

I work with a range of clients — from grassroots nonprofits to national funders — and I know not every budget looks the same.
If your values align with mine and you're excited to collaborate, we’ll find a way to make it work. Let’s talk.
One-Time Facilitation Rates
One-time facilitation is where this work began for me. Since 2013, I’ve designed and led half-day and full-day trainings, convenings, and retreats for organizations of all sizes. Because of my experience and efficiency in this space, I offer discounted rates for these engagements — honoring both the roots of my practice and the clarity I can bring to a single, well-held space.
The half-day (3.5 hours) and full-day (4-7 hours) flat rates below include:
Up to 3 hours of meetings with the organization to prepare ahead of an event
Agenda and material design
Facilitation of the event
A debriefing meeting after the event
PDFs of slide decks and visual documentation from the event
A post-event memo for all participants
The flat rates do not include travel expenses, travel time, lodging, or per diems.
